Transport choices in China
Beijing has two distinct airport gateways: Beijing Capital and Beijing Daxing. The city government publishes separate airport transport information for them. A China journey should identify the exact arrival airport and any booked rail or flight legs, rather than assuming a city name establishes the pickup. City, province and station identity matter
Include the city and province with every address, plus the original-language hotel or venue name if available. This is particularly useful for similarly named places and large cities with several stations. Separate a Beijing airport transfer from a touring programme continuing to Shanghai or Guangzhou; say whether the long-distance leg is by road, train or flight before local vehicles are assessed.

Build airport and attraction movements around actual entrances
Beijing’s municipal transport guidance distinguishes Capital and Daxing airports. A national itinerary beginning in Beijing should record which airport serves each flight, then identify any later station or domestic-flight departure. Separate airport arrivals cannot be assumed to share one collection.
Visitor attractions can also change where a journey finishes. The Palace Museum uses a directed entry-and-exit arrangement, so a return vehicle needs a permitted meeting point associated with the actual visitor exit. Apply that discipline to each booked visit: specify the entrance, exit, required arrival and onward address. Use the city and province to define each local movement
Jiangsu and Shandong stops
For a Jiangsu programme, consult the guides for Nantong, Xuzhou and Huai’an according to the actual places on the itinerary. In Shandong, Zibo and Linyi require their own hotel and collection addresses. Provide the station name in the original language where possible and show any train leg separately; a province name is not a substitute for the departure point.
Other regional bases
Use Kunming for the Yunnan portion of a visit and Ürümqi for the Xinjiang portion, with their individual arrival arrangements. A schedule involving Wenzhou, Tangshan or Luoyang should likewise identify the city, province, hotel and travel date for each duty. Connect the arrival airport with the actual destination
Start with the airport on the flight booking, then identify the actual hotel or venue entrance in the relevant city guide. Include the terminal, passenger and luggage totals, and required arrival time. The operator must confirm the collection point and route; a geographic airport reference does not establish a passenger service or transfer availability.
