Global Bus Rental LTD ("we", "us", "our") is a worldwide coach, minibus and executive transport broker. We arrange group transport, airport transfers, tours and event transport by matching enquiries with vetted local operators, drivers and vehicle suppliers in the relevant country or city. We do not necessarily own or directly operate every vehicle used to fulfil a booking.

Submitting a quote request or contact form through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A quotation is only binding once we have confirmed vehicle availability, pricing and journey details in writing and you have accepted that confirmation. Prices depend on vehicle class, distance, duration, season and demand, and can change if journey details (dates, passenger numbers, pickup or destination) change after a quote is issued.

Once a booking is confirmed, its specific payment terms, cancellation policy and any deposit requirements will be set out in the booking confirmation issued to you, since these can vary by country, operator and vehicle type. This website does not process card payments directly; any deposit or payment instructions will be communicated separately by our operations team.

You agree to provide accurate passenger numbers, luggage requirements and journey details, and to inform us promptly of any changes. You are responsible for ensuring your group complies with the reasonable instructions of drivers and operators, and with any local laws (including seatbelt use, luggage limits and conduct on board) applicable in the country of travel.

Transport is provided by independent local operators and drivers. While we take care in selecting suppliers, we are not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, mechanical failure, strikes, or events organised by third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle class, route and how far in advance you cancel, and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please contact our operations team as early as possible if your travel plans change so we can advise on the applicable terms for your specific booking.

The content on this website (destination guides, fleet descriptions, tour itineraries and similar pages) is provided for general information to help you plan your trip and request a quote. While we aim to keep it accurate, details such as landmarks, airports and travel times should be independently verified for time-sensitive planning.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
