Count every traveller, including organisers and guides, and explain what they are bringing. Hold luggage, instruments and sports equipment need space beyond the passenger cabin. If you expect the group to grow, give us the likely range before the quote is finalised.
Features such as a toilet, air conditioning, reclining seats, WiFi and power sockets depend on the vehicle offered. Identify the essentials in your enquiry and check them in the quote. For a smaller group, minibus hire may also be an option; compare storage and comfort as well as the number of seats.
Build a coach itinerary that leaves room to travel
List the places you want to visit and distinguish fixed appointments from optional stops. A realistic plan includes boarding, unloading, breaks and access to the actual coach parking area. A map’s car journey time is not a complete schedule for a group coach trip.
For longer journeys, operators must plan around the driving and rest rules that apply to the route. Early departures, late finishes and overnight travel may change the staffing or timetable required. Send the complete itinerary rather than booking each day in isolation.
Planning multi-day and cross-border coach hire
For a tour, include each overnight destination, hotel address and day’s start and finish. Confirm whether the coach is required for evening outings as well as daytime touring. Driver accommodation, parking and any changes of vehicle should be discussed before confirmation.
If your itinerary crosses a border, name every country and any ferry or rail connection. We check what can be arranged for the proposed route and date. Transport arrangements do not replace passengers’ own passport, visa or entry requirements.

The cost depends on the vehicle, season, distance and total time needed. A coach held for a whole day is different from a single transfer, even if the distance is short. Provide the same schedule to each supplier when comparing options.
Check the included mileage, waiting, parking, tolls and any overnight costs that apply. Also read the payment and cancellation terms. The confirmed quotation should describe the journey and vehicle requirements clearly enough for your organiser to check them against the group’s plans.

Yes, multi-day coach hire can be requested. Send the full route, overnight locations and daily use, including any evening transfers, so vehicle and driver arrangements can be checked.
Will our coach have a toilet and WiFi?
Those features are vehicle-specific. Mention them if they matter and have them confirmed in your quote. Do not assume every coach has the same onboard amenities.
Can our tour guide travel with us?
Include the guide in the passenger total. If a microphone or a particular front seating arrangement is needed, request it when discussing the vehicle.
Can we book a coach for an international itinerary?
We can review cross-border routes, subject to operator coverage and availability. List every country, stop and connection so the quote reflects the complete journey.
