Give the full arrival address in Prague and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
Request Prague group transport with the full airport, hotel and attraction details. Historic-centre access and the walk from a permitted coach stop should be assessed before confirming the itinerary.
Václav Havel Airport’s terminal guidance assigns Terminal 1 to flights outside the Schengen Area and Terminal 2 to Schengen flights. Check the terminal shown for the actual flight, including the return journey. The passenger’s nationality does not by itself identify the terminal, and a mixed group may arrive through different parts of the airport.
List each flight, landing time, passenger count and luggage total in the enquiry. Decide whether everyone should meet before one collection or whether separate transfers better suit the hotel check-in or conference schedule. Include time for baggage and any arrival formalities before asking the vehicle to collect the group. The operator should confirm the authorised coach boarding location and how the group leader reaches the driver.
For a hotel in historic Prague, provide the exact address and acceptable walking distance so airport collection and the final set-down can be checked together. Confirm the return collection point separately if the last visit ends elsewhere. Our Prague visit-planning guide helps put those stops in a workable order.

Give the full arrival address in Prague and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
List every venue in visit order. Tell us which stops need a waiting vehicle and which only require a later collection.
Finish the brief with your last drop-off in Prague, or the next destination if the group continues elsewhere.
Prague City Tourism states that buses need an exception to enter the historic centre. It lists passenger boarding and alighting locations around the heritage area, including Dvořákovo nábřeží and U Bruských kasáren. The right stop depends on your destination and current access conditions; a hotel address alone does not confirm door-to-door coach access.
Describe the group’s walking limitations and any wheelchair requirements in the enquiry. Ask the operator to confirm both the permitted stop and the route from it to the booked entrance. A minibus request also needs an access check; vehicle size alone is not an exemption.
Prague Airport uses Terminal 1 for non-Schengen flights and Terminal 2 for Schengen flights. Provide the actual flight number and terminal where known for your Prague airport transfer, and confirm the meeting instructions with the operator.
Keep sightseeing boarding separate from coach waiting. Prague’s visitor guidance describes short passenger stops and longer waiting locations as different arrangements. If the journey continues to Brno, include that as an intercity stage with luggage, overnight details and a final arrival requirement in your Czech Republic transport enquiry.
The Prague Congress Centre has numbered entrances. Its access page identifies an assistance meeting point near Entrances 2 and 3, while its current construction notice changes the approach to the short-term outdoor parking area. Recheck the event instructions for your date rather than forwarding an old vehicle route.
Send the hall, delegate entrance and organiser’s transport contact with your conference coach request. The temporary approach described for cars, taxis and short stops is not a confirmed coach permission. Ask the venue and operator to agree vehicle access, unloading and the walk to registration; list wheelchair boarding requirements separately from assistance inside the building.
Prague Castle recommends advance booking for its guided tours and identifies the Information Centre in the Third Courtyard for guide payments. The Castle’s visitor guidance concerns the visit inside the complex; it does not turn that courtyard into a coach stop.
Give the confirmed guide meeting location, visit start and expected finish to the operator. Work backwards through the permitted passenger stop and group walk before choosing hotel departure time. For a school group, allow for a headcount and slower walkers, and agree how bags are handled. Confirm the collection location independently if the walking tour finishes somewhere different from where it began.

Prague City Tourism says access for buses requires an exception. The operator must check the proposed vehicle and route. Agree a permitted alternative passenger stop and the group’s walking needs before booking.
Use your actual flight details. Prague Airport generally uses Terminal 1 for non-Schengen flights and Terminal 2 for Schengen flights. Confirm the terminal and operator’s meeting instructions for your flight.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Prague, Prague, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Yes, you can request an onward leg to Usti nad Labem. The map references are about 69 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.
Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.
From the Prague geographic reference, Usti nad Labem is approximately 69.4 km away in a straight line and Plzen is 83.7 km away. Usti nad Labem is listed in Ústí nad Labem Region; Plzen is listed in Plzeň Region. Compare the time needed at each visit before choosing the pickup order. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
Do not assume so. Confirm a permitted vehicle stop and the walking route to the guide meeting point; allow that handover time before the booked tour begins.

For the rest of the itinerary, see Czech Republic transport planning and airport transfers, school transport. Availability and the vehicle specification are confirmed in your quotation.
For a Czech Republic itinerary continuing from Prague to Ceske Budejovice, show the South Bohemia stage and any intermediate visits in the same request. Include the final accommodation and whether the vehicle remains available for the next day's programme.
