Choosing transport for your group in the Netherlands
The Netherlands has intercity trains alongside local buses, trams, metros and ferries. A station-to-station journey can suit a group travelling light; private transport is worth comparing when the itinerary includes bags, several addresses or a timed event. Airport arrivals: start with the booked flight
Give the airport on your ticket, flight number, arrival date and final address. Do not use “Amsterdam airport” as the only pickup detail. Schiphol directs touring coaches to Koepelstraat for passenger collection and drop-off, with separate longer-wait arrangements at P41. Hotel access and city-centre stops
A hotel address is not a guarantee that a full-size coach can stop outside it. Amsterdam has specific coach access and stopping restrictions, so the collection point may need to be agreed separately from the accommodation address. Schiphol, RAI or a Dutch city tour: define the hire
For an exhibition visit, separate the Schiphol arrival, hotel check-in and daily event journeys. RAI Amsterdam publishes a plan showing its halls and entrances. Send the event name and intended passenger entrance from the official RAI arrival information, then ask for the appropriate coach stop to be confirmed. A venue entrance and a vehicle waiting place may be different.

Northern and eastern city stays
Use Groningen and Enschede for the relevant northern or eastern part of the programme, with each hotel or meeting address in the request. If the group arrives by train, name the station and booked arrival; if a vehicle comes from the airport, state that full duty instead. Southern and southwestern visits
For Maastricht or Middelburg, consult the local guide before confirming the overnight base, visitor entrance and return time. Where the wider route continues to Belgium or Germany, identify that country and next address explicitly.
