Arrange a Lisbon group transport enquiry around your flight, hotel and booked visits. Include terminal details for departures and explain where the group’s luggage will stay during any stop.
Jerónimos Monastery’s official education service asks teachers to arrange school visits in advance, giving the school, education level, student numbers and responsible teachers. The transport request should use the confirmed visit arrangements, with time for the party to assemble before entry. An external stop to see the monastery and an organised visit inside need different lengths of time.
For a Belém programme with another museum or a meal, list the places in the order the pupils will visit them. Decide which stretches the party will walk and which need a vehicle, taking account of supervision and mobility needs. Ask for a permitted coach set-down and an agreed return collection point; the monument address and a nearby public-transport stop do not by themselves establish permission for a private coach.
Include the school’s required return time, the number of accompanying adults and any equipment or packed lunches travelling with the group. Allow the operator to assess the full day rather than only the outward distance. The Lisbon visit guide helps compare additional stops for the same itinerary.
Local planning notes checked on . Confirm access and visit arrangements for your travel date.
For an Oceanário de Lisboa visit, the venue publishes information about ramps, lifts and accessible routes from its nearby car parks. This helps plan the visit, but does not establish where your coach can stop. Ask for the actual passenger drop-off to be checked separately, and describe any wheelchair space, boarding assistance or walking-distance requirements in the enquiry.
The Oceanário lists limited paid lockers and says luggage larger than those lockers cannot be stored. If a visit falls between airport arrival and hotel check-in, do not assume the venue can hold the group’s suitcases. Request a transport or hotel bag-drop arrangement and confirm it in writing. Keep airport flight details and attraction entry reservations together in the schedule.
For a family or school group visiting the Oceanário on arrival day, request an airport collection with a hotel bag drop before the visit, or ask whether a vehicle-and-luggage arrangement is available. Include the youngest passengers, accompanying adults and access needs. This is an example request; it does not assume the hotel accepts early luggage or that a coach can remain at the venue.
Request the vehicle capacity, luggage allowance, waiting arrangement and any access or parking charges in writing. Compare coach hire options or request your Lisbon quote.
Lisbon Airport states that arrivals are handled at Terminal 1, while Terminal 2 is used for departures by selected airlines. Check the terminal shown on the flight booking for the journey home; an arrival meeting point should not be reused automatically for departure.
For an airport transfer for your Lisbon group, send the flight numbers for both directions and the agreed check-in requirement. Ask for the final vehicle drop-off and any terminal connection to be confirmed before travel.
If your Lisbon stay includes Sintra or Cascais, name each attraction and return meeting point in the request. Ask for the actual boarding location to be assessed against the group’s walking needs. Do not assume the vehicle can wait at the attraction entrance.
A journey continuing to Porto needs a separate arrival time and luggage plan. The Portugal transport guide helps structure the full enquiry. For smaller groups, compare minibus hire against the bags and equipment as well as the number of passengers.
Parques de Sintra warns that private vehicles cannot use the access to Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle, while traffic in the historic centre is restricted. Its visitor guidance also requires a timed reservation for the Pena Palace interior. Do not assume a hired coach or smaller vehicle can deliver the group to the palace door.
Send the intended monument, ticket time and walking needs when requesting a Lisbon excursion. Ask which permitted arrival point and onward connection are appropriate for the assigned vehicle and visit date. Build the time needed to reach the booked entrance into the programme, and agree where everyone will gather for the return. The transport enquiry and attraction reservation are separate arrangements.
FIL is on Rua do Bojador in Parque das Nações, close to Oriente station, according to its official location guide. An event there is a different destination from a general city-centre meeting. Provide the exhibition name, hall and organiser’s approved vehicle access with the group’s arrival time.
For Lisbon conference transport, separate the airport-to-hotel movement from the hotel-to-FIL shuttle. Count presentation cases alongside personal luggage and state whether delegates return together or at different times. If part of the group uses public transport from Oriente, agree the meeting point inside or outside the venue so the full party can register together.

Not necessarily. Lisbon Airport handles arrivals at Terminal 1, while some departures use Terminal 2. Check the departure flight booking and confirm the appropriate vehicle drop-off and any terminal connection.
List each address or attraction in travel order, with visit duration, admission time where applicable and the final return address. Include walking limitations and ask for the collection and waiting plan to be assessed.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Lisbon, Lisbon, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Yes, you can request an onward leg to Sintra. The map references are about 22 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.
Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.
Do not rely on that for a coach group. The venue has limited-size lockers and cannot store bags larger than the available lockers. Confirm a suitable luggage arrangement with the hotel or transport provider before travelling.
Do not assume direct access. Parques de Sintra restricts private-vehicle access to Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle. Ask for the permitted arrival point and onward connection for your vehicle, and allow for that stage before the timed palace entry.

For a Lisbon-based group visiting Evora, identify the actual venue entrance and desired visit duration. State whether the trip returns to Lisbon or continues with luggage to an Alentejo overnight stay.
