Time a Reichstag transfer around the visitor appointment

Check environmental-zone requirements
VisitBerlin’s coach-driver guidance says coaches entering the environmental zone need the applicable green emissions sticker, including vehicles registered abroad. Ask the operator to check that the proposed vehicle and route comply. The same guidance lists designated coach parking near major stations, hotels, conference venues and attractions; conditions and signs at the individual location still matter.
Name the entrance and collection point

BER airport: agree the walk to coach collection
Berlin Brandenburg Airport uses bus stop B for coaches and other bus services outside local public transport. It is separate from the public-transport stops immediately outside Terminal 1. The airport publishes a walking route from Terminals 1 and 2 and provides luggage trolleys.
For an airport coach or minibus transfer, confirm the terminal, meeting instructions and assigned boarding point before travel. Flag a restricted walking distance when requesting the vehicle; an airport assistance service and an accessible private vehicle are separate arrangements.
Plan conference movements and an onward stay
For a trade fair or conference, share the organiser’s exact hall, entrance and unloading instructions rather than only the event name. List delegate arrivals separately from equipment deliveries. Compare vehicle and luggage options before deciding whether everyone can travel together.

Museum Island: check which Pergamon experience is booked
The Pergamonmuseum’s visitor page currently states that the main museum is closed, with a partial reopening planned for 4 June 2027. The separate Pergamonmuseum. Das Panorama exhibition remains a different visit. Check the exact ticket and building before setting a Museum Island collection point.
For a Berlin museum group itinerary, provide the named museum entrance, reservation time and whether the group will walk to another institution afterwards. Agree the final reunion point rather than assuming everyone returns to the original drop-off. Ask for a suitable walking route if passengers have reduced mobility, and recheck the museum’s own notices before departure.
Messe Berlin: choose the entrance for the actual event
VisitBerlin’s exhibition-ground guidance identifies North, South and East entrances with different public-transport approaches. The event organiser’s hall and entrance instructions should therefore accompany the hotel pickup list; “Messe Berlin” alone leaves too much of the arrival unresolved.
List delegate transfers separately from equipment delivery. For a recurring hotel shuttle, state how many passengers travel in each direction and whether the last return follows the exhibition close or a later reception. Ask the operator to confirm the permitted coach stop and off-site waiting plan for that event. A route shown for railway or taxi passengers is not automatically permission to stop a coach there.
