Airport and terminal
Choose the airport on the flight booking. A shorter map distance does not prove that an airport offers the flight or ground journey your group needs.
Compare the airport references around Barcelona before requesting your group transfer. Your flight booking, hotel address and final pickup time matter more than the distance on a map.
Global Bus Rental accepts group-transport enquiries for Barcelona, Spain. Vehicle availability, the proposed itinerary and the final price are confirmed through an individual quotation. Submit the details below for an assessment of your journey.
Barcelona’s Zona Bus system manages tourist-coach stopping and parking. Its current guidance requires a daily permit to use its spaces, plus reservations for designated special areas. The named areas include Sagrada Família, Park Güell and Ciutat Vella. Give your planned visit times before transport is finalised so the required stop reservations can be checked. A Zona Bus permit does not itself authorise entry to the low-emissions zone.
Access to the Park Güell parking platform requires park tickets, and the parking reservation process uses the visit booking reference. Share the relevant reservation details with the person arranging your coach movements. For a multi-stop day, list the outbound and return pickups separately, together with the group’s walking and boarding requirements. Do not treat a short-stop reservation as parking for the entire visit.

Start with the attraction reservations, then request transport between the hotel and each visit. Include the group’s required arrival time and the length of each visit. Ask for stop availability and the route order to be checked before promising the group a tightly timed programme. This is an example itinerary request; the transport and venue reservations remain subject to confirmation.
Request the vehicle capacity, luggage allowance, waiting arrangement and any access or parking charges in writing. Compare coach hire options or request your Barcelona quote.

For arrivals into Barcelona on different flights, list each flight separately and indicate whether passengers should wait for one combined departure.
If the trip includes a departure transfer, provide the flight time and final pickup address for that leg too.
Compare Barcelona with these other destinations in Spain. Distances below are geographic references, not road distances or quoted journey times.
Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) is about 12 km from the Barcelona map reference in a straight line; Girona-Costa Brava Airport (GRO) is about 76 km. These figures are not road distances. Base the enquiry on the booked flight and actual destination address; road access and collection arrangements are checked separately.
List each airport, flight number, arrival time and passenger count separately. If one group lands at BCN and another at GRO, say whether they need separate vehicles or whether you want a combined itinerary assessed. Do not assume a single vehicle can meet both schedules.
Use Badalona as the actual destination rather than entering only Barcelona as the wider area. Add the hotel or venue address and luggage count so the quote covers the requested end point.
A smaller vehicle is not an automatic exemption. Zona Bus says vehicles with nine or more seats, including the driver, need a permit when using its spaces, with reservations where required. Confirm the requirements for the assigned vehicle and planned stops.
