Plan a Paris group itinerary around the airport on your ticket, your hotel entrance and confirmed visit times. Include luggage and walking needs when requesting a vehicle and driver.
The Louvre’s group visitor guidance identifies group access through the Passage Richelieu and the Carrousel entrance. Send the entrance and meeting instructions on your group confirmation with the transport request. A general “Louvre” destination, or a plan to assemble at the Pyramid, may not match the arrival route for the booked group.
Work backwards from the museum’s reporting time, allowing for unloading, the walk from a permitted coach stop and admission checks. Ask the operator to confirm a passenger set-down and a separate waiting arrangement under the applicable Paris coach rules. If the guide meets the group at the museum, agree who leads passengers from the vehicle to that meeting point and how the guide contacts the group leader.
For a same-day flight arrival, settle the luggage arrangement before reserving a tight museum slot. A hotel bag drop may be a separate movement; keeping luggage with a vehicle also needs explicit confirmation. The Charles de Gaulle group arrival guide covers the flight and terminal details to include before the Paris museum stage.

Paris uses the PASS Autocar system for coach parking. Its official portal provides parking maps, operating documents and current tariffs. Ask whether the necessary parking arrangements are included in the transport quotation. A stop to unload passengers does not mean the coach can remain there for the whole visit; give the operator the visit duration and the planned collection time.
The Centre Pompidou’s main Paris building is closed for its 2025–2030 renovation. Do not plan an interior visit there during the closure. For any museum visit, obtain the group booking instructions before arranging the transport, including the entry time, entrance and arrangements for bags. Keep venue admission and coach arrangements as separate confirmations.
If your group lands at Charles de Gaulle before a timed museum visit, include an intermediate bag drop in the request where needed. Provide flight details and the museum reservation time. Ask for the route to be assessed with an arrival buffer, a permitted passenger stop and a collection plan after the visit. The example is a planning brief, not a guaranteed transfer duration.
Request the vehicle capacity, luggage allowance, waiting arrangement and any access or parking charges in writing. Compare coach hire options or request your Paris quote.
The Paris PASS Autocar portal provides the current parking map and operating documents. A convenient passenger drop-off is not necessarily somewhere the vehicle can remain during a museum visit. Give the operator both the visit length and the return collection requirement, and ask which parking costs are covered by the quote.
If the coach leaves after boarding or alighting, the group leader should have the agreed return meeting point and contact instructions. Use the coach hire guide to compare a transfer-only request with a programme that includes waiting.
List the exact arrival airport for your group airport transfer rather than simply writing “Paris airport”. Keep flight arrivals, hotel bag drop and any timed entry as separate stages so the schedule can be reviewed.
An excursion to Versailles or a venue in Saint-Denis needs its own entrance and collection details. For journeys continuing beyond the Paris area, include the overnight bases in a France transport enquiry. These are itinerary options, not bundled tours or guaranteed journey times.
The Palace of Versailles gives different meeting instructions for different reservations. Its group visitor guide directs timed self-guided groups towards entrance B, while guided visits meet at the reception in the North Ministers’ Wing. Send the actual reservation instructions with your transport enquiry instead of using only “Versailles Palace” as the destination.
The same guide recommends a different approach for visitors with disabilities where appropriate. Explain the group’s walking limits and ask the operator to coordinate a suitable permitted drop-off with the venue’s access instructions. A transport booking does not reserve admission, establish a closer drop-off entitlement or replace the venue’s approval.
The Versailles parking guide identifies coach parking at the Place d’Armes and the Trianon crossroads. A visit to the Palace followed by the Trianon estate should therefore be described as separate stops, with each visit duration and the planned return to Paris. Check the current parking conditions and estate vehicle-access arrangements before fixing the schedule.
If the group leaves a Paris hotel in the morning but ends at an airport that evening, include suitcases and the departure flight in the request. For your Paris and Versailles group excursion, compare a return hotel transfer with a full-day vehicle request that covers the final destination. This lets the operator assess waiting, luggage and driver time as one programme.
These airport references are ordered by their approximate straight-line distance from the Paris map reference. Road journeys can be longer and may involve different access arrangements; choose your actual arrival airport when requesting a quote.

Do not assume so. Ask the operator to confirm a permitted passenger stop and a separate waiting or parking arrangement, using the current Paris PASS Autocar information where applicable.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Paris, Île-de-France, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Yes, you can request an onward leg to Montreuil. The map references are about 7 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.
Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Paris-Orly Airport (ORY), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.
Request a written breakdown. The quotation should identify the vehicle movements, waiting arrangement and any parking charges included. Museum admission and group reservations need their own confirmation unless expressly included in your booking.
Send the reservation type, meeting entrance, visit time, passenger and luggage counts, walking needs and final return address. Identify Palace and Trianon visits separately so the permitted stops and waiting arrangements can be checked.
For the flight number, group meeting arrangements and return leg, use the airport pickup checklist. Airport Coach & Minibus Hire: A Group Pickup Guide.
