Airport and terminal
Choose the airport on the flight booking. A shorter map distance does not prove that an airport offers the flight or ground journey your group needs.
Compare the airport references around Milan before requesting your group transfer. Your flight booking, hotel address and final pickup time matter more than the distance on a map.
Global Bus Rental accepts group-transport enquiries for Milan, Italy. Vehicle availability, the proposed itinerary and the final price are confirmed through an individual quotation. Submit the details below for an assessment of your journey.
The Municipality of Milan distinguishes short coach stops near major attractions within Area C from larger, hourly parking areas outside the Cerchia dei Bastioni. The central bays described by the city are for passengers to board and leave the vehicle. For a longer visit, ask where the driver can wait and how the coach will return to collect the group.
A Milan booking should name the actual airport shown on the ticket and the complete destination address. For exhibition or conference travel, include the venue, hall or entrance supplied by the organiser. Do not rely on an event name alone. Ask the operator to check applicable Area B, Area C and other access conditions for the assigned vehicle and travel date.

For delegates arriving on several flights, request a comparison between separate airport transfers and a combined collection after the final arrival. Include the bags, meeting point and latest acceptable hotel arrival. List the next day’s event shuttle independently. This is an example quotation brief, not a claim that combining flights will always be cheaper or practical.
Request the vehicle capacity, luggage allowance, waiting arrangement and any access or parking charges in writing. Compare coach hire options or request your Milan quote.

For arrivals into Milan on different flights, list each flight separately and indicate whether passengers should wait for one combined departure.
If the trip includes a departure transfer, provide the flight time and final pickup address for that leg too.
Compare Milan with these other destinations in Italy. Distances below are geographic references, not road distances or quoted journey times.
Milano Linate Airport (LIN) is about 7 km from the Milan map reference in a straight line; Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) is about 40 km. These figures are not road distances. Base the enquiry on the booked flight and actual destination address; road access and collection arrangements are checked separately.
List each airport, flight number, arrival time and passenger count separately. If one group lands at LIN and another at MXP, say whether they need separate vehicles or whether you want a combined itinerary assessed. Do not assume a single vehicle can meet both schedules.
Use Monza as the actual destination rather than entering only Milan as the wider area. Add the hotel or venue address and luggage count so the quote covers the requested end point.
Passenger unloading bays and longer-stay coach parking serve different purposes. Give the visit duration and ask for the waiting location, return collection and any applicable parking charges to be stated in the quotation.
