A Palace Museum visit needs an exit plan
The Palace Museum directs visitors to enter through the southern Meridian Gate and leave through designated exit gates. Build the return meeting around the actual exit for your visit, rather than reusing the entrance as the collection address. The operator still needs to confirm a permitted vehicle stop and the walk from the museum.
Keep museum admission arrangements separate from coach hire. For an onward leg to Tianjin, add the full address, luggage and final arrival requirement to the China transport enquiry.
Choose the Great Wall section before planning the coach day
Badaling and Mutianyu are separate destinations. Beijing’s official Badaling guide places Badaling in Yanqing District, while the city’s attraction information locates Mutianyu in Huairou. A brief saying only “Great Wall tour” leaves the route, visit time and meeting point unresolved.
For a group excursion from Beijing, name the chosen section, entrance or visitor centre, admission arrangement and intended time on site. Explain any walking limitations before the schedule is assessed. Ask the operator to confirm the permitted set-down, vehicle waiting and return pickup. Admission, guiding and any attraction transport are separate items unless the quotation expressly includes them; coach hire should not be presented as an admission reservation.
Treat Beijing airport and railway arrivals as distinct bookings
The municipal government’s 2026 airport transport update describes separate Capital and Daxing airport bus networks serving different city and railway stops. These scheduled services can help compare transport options, but their routes and stops do not define a privately booked coach collection.
Supply the flight airport and terminal, or the exact railway station and train, together with the hotel address. If your group lands at both airports, list the two parties separately and ask whether separate vehicles or a combined schedule can work. For a city visit after arrival, include luggage, the first admission time and the final hotel or onward destination in the arrival transfer enquiry. Have the organiser’s local-language address available so a similarly named hotel or meeting venue is not used by mistake.

From the Beijing geographic reference, Tianjin is approximately 108.2 km away in a straight line and Jinan is 364.0 km away. Tianjin is listed in Tianjin; Jinan is listed in Shandong. The more distant stop needs to be treated as a separate stage of the itinerary, including any connections or overnight plans. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
What details are needed for a Beijing Great Wall coach trip?
