Haikou’s January 2026 planning notice distinguishes Meilan railway station from the airport’s T1 and T2 buildings and describes proposed changes to connecting passages. For a flight collection, use the current airline terminal; for a train arrival, state that the group is arriving at the railway station. Do not use a future passage or building shown in an expansion drawing as the meeting location. Ask for current passenger and vehicle instructions, especially when the group combines a flight with a later island rail journey.
