First appointment
Give the full arrival address in Singapore and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
Use this guide to prepare Changi meeting instructions, hotel collections and venue entrances for a Singapore group itinerary. Match every passenger movement to the building, terminal or local activity the group is actually using.
The form above lets you request transport for that itinerary. For vehicle choices and the service information behind the quotation, see Singapore bus and coach hire.
Give the full arrival address in Singapore and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
List every venue in visit order. Tell us which stops need a waiting vehicle and which only require a later collection.
Finish the brief with your last drop-off in Singapore, or the next destination if the group continues elsewhere.
Use the designated group entrance at each Singapore hotel or venue and ask where the vehicle can load the group. For a conference, separate delegate movements from equipment deliveries and state the time everyone must be inside. If luggage stays with a vehicle between hotel checkout and a later flight, request that arrangement explicitly.
Compare minibus hire with coach hire using passengers, cases and accessibility needs. Any journey continuing into Malaysia needs a separate cross-border assessment and confirmation; a local Singapore transfer quotation does not automatically include it.
Changi Airport lists coach stands separately from ordinary car parks in its parking information. A meeting inside the terminal and boarding the vehicle are separate steps. Record the flight, terminal, group leader and expected luggage, then use the booked operator’s instructions for the walk to the assigned coach.
Terminal 4 requires particular care when combining arrivals: Changi’s terminal guide explains that it is not directly linked to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and uses a connecting shuttle. Do not tell passengers to change terminals merely to simplify a provisional itinerary. Ask whether separate collections or an agreed common meeting plan is appropriate, accounting for baggage reclaim, walking and any assistance needs.
A numbered bay for a scheduled service is not automatically the collection point for a private coach. Ask which airport waiting and parking charges are included in the booking.
Marina Bay Sands lists different arrival points for the hotel towers, Expo & Convention and The Shoppes in its directions guide. The hotel meeting point should not automatically be reused for conference delegates. Its published car and taxi stops are also not a blanket authorisation for every size of coach.
For a group staying in several hotels, give the addresses and departure order. Include those details in the form above, and consult our Singapore bus and coach hire service information when comparing vehicle arrangements and quotation inclusions.
Use the airport on the flight booking. These references do not establish your terminal or private-coach boarding point; confirm both for the actual arrival.

For flight arrivals, compare airport coach and minibus transfers and include the booked airport, flight number and luggage in your enquiry.
No. Changi has coach facilities associated with different terminals, and scheduled routes may use specific bays. Confirm the terminal, meeting point and boarding instructions for your private booking.
Request that arrangement in the enquiry, giving the number and size of bags, visit duration and final collection. Availability, vehicle access and luggage responsibility need written confirmation before booking.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full Singapore addresses, identify the relevant building entrance and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Use the specific building and entrance agreed for the movement. The complex publishes several arrival points; the operator must confirm a suitable coach stop for the actual hotel or event, rather than treating all entrances as interchangeable.
Use a district guide to identify the exact local venue, entrance and walking finish, then add that address to the same itinerary as the airport, hotel or event. Include the local collection in your overall Singapore transport request and list any separate departure times.
Use the group transport checklist to record the addresses, passengers, luggage and fixed arrival times for each movement.
For the rest of the itinerary, see Singapore transport planning and airport transfers, corporate transport. Availability and the vehicle specification are confirmed in your quotation.
These guides address different local collection decisions. Use the ones that match booked activities or passenger origins, then bring the confirmed addresses into one itinerary.
