Finish the brief with your last drop-off in Seoul, or the next destination if the group continues elsewhere.

Check Bukchon’s visitor rules before scheduling a group

The official Seoul guide identifies restricted visiting hours in Bukchon’s designated residential management area and asks visitors to keep groups small. A large coach group should not assume that all passengers can visit those lanes together at any time. Check the live visitor guidance and agree an appropriate visit format before setting transport times.

For other Seoul venues, provide the designated group entrance and return meeting point. Compare minibus hire with a coach using luggage and the full itinerary; neither vehicle type establishes access to residential lanes. See the South Korea transport guide for wider journeys.

Keep Incheon group-bus and scheduled-bus instructions distinct

Incheon Airport’s Terminal 2 bus guide places group buses at the terminal’s first-floor level, while scheduled Seoul, Gyeonggi and intercity buses use the basement transportation centre. Following general “airport bus” instructions can therefore send a privately booked group to the wrong area.

Use the terminal on the actual flight booking and obtain the operator’s meeting instructions, including the walk from Arrivals and the vehicle identification. Give the hotel’s full address, not just “Seoul”, together with luggage and any assistance needs in the airport transfer enquiry. For guests on several flights, list each party separately; ask whether combined boarding or separate transfers provide a practical arrival plan.

If the programme includes an Incheon city visit, identify that as a separate stage from the airport collection.

Arrange a COEX passenger stop and off-site coach waiting

COEX explicitly states that buses cannot park in its car park in the venue’s parking guide. Its colour-coded car parking zones and ordinary driving directions should not be treated as a coach holding plan. A group attending an exhibition needs its own agreed passenger collection and waiting arrangement.

Provide the event name, exhibition hall or meeting room, attendee entrance and required arrival time when requesting conference transport. Ask the organiser and operator to confirm a permitted boarding location and a later return call-forward. For several hotel shuttles, supply addresses, departure waves and the lead contact for each vehicle. If the programme also includes sightseeing, keep its admission times and walking sections separate from the conference schedule; one venue’s access arrangement does not apply to the rest of Seoul.

Your Seoul transport questions

Where should a private group meet its bus at Incheon Terminal 2?

The airport guide places group buses on the first floor, while the scheduled Seoul and intercity bus area is in the basement transportation centre. Confirm the exact door, bay and meeting process with your operator.

Can a coach group visit Bukchon at any time?

The designated residential management area has restricted tourist visiting hours, and the official guide asks for small groups. Check the current visitor rules and agree a suitable visit format before fixing collection times.

How should I organise several timed visits in Seoul?

Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Seoul, Seoul, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.

Can our Seoul enquiry include an onward visit to Incheon?

Yes, you can request an onward leg to Incheon. The map references are about 27 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.

What should I include for arrivals at Seoul Gimpo International Airport (GMP)?

Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Seoul Gimpo International Airport (GMP), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.

How do the Incheon and Busan stops compare from Seoul?

From the Seoul geographic reference, Incheon is approximately 27.0 km away in a straight line and Busan is 329.9 km away. Incheon is listed in Incheon; Busan is listed in Busan. The more distant stop needs to be treated as a separate stage of the itinerary, including any connections or overnight plans. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.

Can our coach stay in the COEX car park during the event?

COEX states that buses are prohibited from parking in its car park. The organiser and transport operator need to agree an appropriate passenger stop, a separate waiting location and the return collection procedure.
