Airport and rail arrivals need precise meeting points

Name the actual airport, terminal or station rather than using “Seoul arrival” alone. If the group takes a train between Seoul and Busan, include the arrival station and onward hotel at each end. For an event in Incheon or another city, provide the venue entrance, collection waves and luggage so the request is not confused with a simple airport-to-centre transfer.

Incheon group-bus facilities differ from scheduled buses

Incheon Airport’s Terminal 2 guide places group buses on the first floor, while scheduled Seoul and intercity buses use the basement transportation centre. A group arriving for a private transfer should follow the operator’s confirmed meeting instructions rather than heading automatically to the public-bus ticketing area.

Quote station transfers and event movements

Give the airport or railway station, arrival time and hotel entrance for each city. If the programme uses a train between Seoul and Busan, specify local road requirements at both ends. Event transport needs the building entrance, collection waves and last return.
