Coach waiting arrangements differ from passenger-car parking

Incheon Airport states that buses cannot use Terminal 1’s long-term parking lot and directs group coaches to the cargo-terminal area for parking. That is a vehicle waiting arrangement, not a passenger instruction to go to the cargo terminal. Confirm the arriving terminal and agree where the group meets and boards, while the operator handles the suitable waiting location. For multiple flights, send separate T1 and T2 arrival details and decide whether the group will regroup before boarding.

For a Seoul destination, include the hotel or event entrance rather than only the city name. Seoul transport planning helps identify the next stage. Include its actual address, luggage and return requirement.

Use the South Korea transport guide for a wider itinerary, or include your flight and final address in an airport group-transfer enquiry.

Prepare your Incheon journey brief

  1. Arrival: If your flight uses Seoul Gimpo International Airport (GMP) or Incheon International Airport (ICN), give the airport on your ticket, flight number and arrival date. Add the full Incheon hotel or venue address; these airport references do not establish a road route or a collection point.
  2. Separate the longer travel stages: The geographic references put Seoul (about 27 km) and Busan (about 335 km) from Incheon in a straight line. Choose how the group travels between those cities before requesting each local pickup; a flight or rail stage and a full road itinerary need different transport briefs.
  3. Group and return: Include passengers, luggage and mobility needs. Put any return date, pickup time and departure flight or train in the message field.

Your Incheon transport questions

Should passengers go to the cargo terminal to meet a charter coach?

Do not infer that from the coach-parking rule. Ask for the passenger meeting point and authorised boarding arrangement at the arriving terminal; vehicle waiting and passenger collection are separate.

How do GMP and ICN compare for a Incheon transfer?

Seoul Gimpo International Airport (GMP) is about 14 km from the Incheon map reference in a straight line; Incheon International Airport (ICN) is about 22 km. These figures are not road distances. Base the enquiry on the booked flight and actual destination address; road access and collection arrangements are checked separately.

Can one enquiry cover groups landing at different airports near Incheon?

List each airport, flight number, arrival time and passenger count separately. If one group lands at GMP and another at ICN, say whether they need separate vehicles or whether you want a combined itinerary assessed. Do not assume a single vehicle can meet both schedules.

What happens if the destination after landing is Seoul?

Use Seoul as the actual destination rather than entering only Incheon as the wider area. Add the hotel or venue address and luggage count so the quote covers the requested end point.

How do the Seoul and Busan stops compare from Incheon?

From the Incheon geographic reference, Seoul is approximately 27.0 km away in a straight line and Busan is 334.6 km away. Seoul is listed in Seoul; Busan is listed in Busan. The more distant stop needs to be treated as a separate stage of the itinerary, including any connections or overnight plans. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.

Choose transport for your Incheon itinerary

Compare coach hire with a driver with minibus hire for a smaller group. Passenger numbers, bags and collection access determine the suitable option; confirm availability and inclusions for your dates.

For flight arrivals, use the group airport pickup guide to set out the terminal, meeting point and waiting arrangements. For the price discussion, the coach hire cost guide explains questions about waiting time, parking and additional stops.
