Use Zayed International Airport and the final destination
Zayed International Airport uses the AUH code. Its Airport Express links the airport with Ibn Battuta Bus Station in Dubai. That scheduled service is a station-to-airport connection, so compare any onward travel from Ibn Battuta with a private request ending at your actual hotel or venue.
For a private Abu Dhabi airport transfer, supply the flight, bags and passenger contact, then confirm the meeting and vehicle boarding instructions. If the destination is Dubai, list it as the final address rather than requesting a generic Abu Dhabi city transfer.
Give each island, venue and return movement its own address
For a group programme, use full addresses for the hotel, attraction or event and include the organiser’s entrance instructions. State whether passengers return to the same hotel after the visit or continue elsewhere with their luggage. ADNEC: identify the event building and entrance
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi’s arrival guide distinguishes access near the ICC, the Andaz Capital Gate side and Marina Hall. Those references help locate the correct part of the complex; they do not make every car park suitable for a coach. Send the event’s own entrance or drop-off instructions with the hall name.
For delegate and exhibition transfers, set the time passengers need to be at registration and include any presentation cases or accessibility needs. If delegates stay at different hotels, supply an address and passenger count for each. Request separate arrangements for the morning arrival and evening return, including how the group will gather before the coach is called forward.
Build the mosque reservation into a city itinerary
The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque visitor booking system uses a visit date and time and asks visitors to acknowledge the site’s rules and dress code. Check the current booking requirements with the Centre before fitting a visit around a conference, hotel departure or flight.
Give the transport operator the confirmed visit time, group size and any walking or boarding requirements. If the coach programme continues to a hotel in Dubai or ends at Zayed International Airport, include that final address and the luggage; a short city transfer does not define the time or scope of the whole excursion.

How do the Jebel Ali and Dubai stops compare from Abu Dhabi?
From the Abu Dhabi geographic reference, Jebel Ali is approximately 94.4 km away in a straight line and Dubai is 115.5 km away. A further destination reference is Al Ain, approximately 141.1 km from Abu Dhabi. The more distant stop needs to be treated as a separate stage of the itinerary, including any connections or overnight plans. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
