Use the actual airport and terminal from the flight, then name the destination emirate and full hotel address. For a programme combining Dubai and Abu Dhabi, list appointment times and return requirements. Exhibition centres, resorts and large hotels may have distinct passenger entrances, so include the appropriate entrance and collection instructions in the request.

Distinguish DXB, DWC and the onward emirate
Dubai Airports lists DXB’s terminals separately from Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International (DWC). Some airlines have more than one terminal or airport entry, so an airline name alone is not a dependable collection instruction. Use the actual flight and current terminal for the travel date.
For a journey continuing to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or another emirate, supply the complete onward address and required arrival time.
