First appointment
Give the full arrival address in Warsaw and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
Request group transport in Warsaw using the airport or railway station on your booking and complete hotel and venue addresses. Include separate flight arrivals and the last required drop-off.
POLIN Museum publishes group booking and visitor rules, including security screening of luggage. Give the confirmed visit time and meeting instructions to the transport organiser, with a separate allowance for leaving the coach, gathering the party and completing entry checks. The time a vehicle reaches the area should not be treated as the time a guided visit can begin.
For a school or study group, confirm who holds the booking, how many visitors and accompanying adults will arrive, and whether the party has separate guide or language groups. Ask the venue and operator to agree a suitable passenger stop near the museum at Anielewicza Street. Do not assume a car entrance, public bus stop or map pin is an authorised private coach collection point.
If the programme combines POLIN with another Warsaw museum or an airport departure, provide the expected visit finish and the required arrival time at the next destination. Agree where larger travel bags stay rather than assuming museum facilities can accommodate them. For a wider journey, use the Poland transport guide to describe the onward stages.

Give the full arrival address in Warsaw and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
List every venue in visit order. Tell us which stops need a waiting vehicle and which only require a later collection.
Finish the brief with your last drop-off in Warsaw, or the next destination if the group continues elsewhere.
Warsaw’s official visitor guide distinguishes Chopin Airport from Warsaw Modlin Airport. Chopin has urban public-transport connections; a rail journey from Modlin Airport uses a bus connection to Modlin railway station. Compare those connections with a private transfer using the whole group’s bags and onward addresses.
For Warsaw airport coach or minibus transfers, name the airport, flight number and arrival date for every subgroup. Ask how separate arrivals, delayed baggage and waiting will be handled; do not combine flights at different airports under one unspecified pickup.
Warsaw’s metro, trams, buses and urban railway offer alternatives for journeys between well-connected stops. A private coach with a driver may suit a programme with several hotel or venue addresses, equipment or an agreed group collection. Compare the full journey rather than the vehicle price alone.
If your itinerary continues to Łódź, Kraków or Gdańsk, list that as a separate intercity leg with its overnight base and required arrival time. Our Poland transport guide helps bring the stages into one request.
A stadium tour, business event and major match do not necessarily use the same entry arrangement. PGE Narodowy’s visitor FAQ places tour reception by Gate 1 and directs business-event visitors towards Gate 5. Use those as orientation references, then obtain the entrance stated on your actual event confirmation.
Send the event name, arrival deadline and required gate with your Warsaw group transport enquiry. Vehicle access and pedestrian access are separate: a guest entrance is not permission to unload beside it. Give the organiser’s transport contact to the operator so the approved passenger stop and the walk to security can be checked before instructions are issued.
The same official stadium guidance identifies coach parking near Warszawa Stadion railway station, separately from underground car parking. Ask which facility is available for your event and whether its use is included in the quote. Do not direct a full-size coach to a car-parking entrance because that address appears in a general navigation result.
For the return, agree a meeting place outside the event’s exit flow, a passenger headcount and how the group leader contacts the driver. Include any luggage or equipment that must stay with the vehicle and whether everyone returns to one hotel. If the group has an onward airport departure, specify Chopin or Modlin and the flight check-in requirement; the event finish time alone is not an airport-transfer schedule.
These airport references are ordered by their approximate straight-line distance from the Warsaw map reference. Road journeys can be longer and may involve different access arrangements; choose your actual arrival airport when requesting a quote.

For flight arrivals, compare airport coach and minibus transfers and include the booked airport, flight number and luggage in your enquiry.
Compare Warsaw with these other destinations in Poland. Distances below are geographic references, not road distances or quoted journey times.
Please specify Chopin or Modlin, along with the flight number and date. They require different collection plans. If travellers arrive at both airports, list each arrival separately.
The official Warsaw visitor guide describes a bus connection between the airport terminal and Modlin railway station. Include that connection when comparing scheduled transport with a private group transfer.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Warsaw, Mazovia, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Yes, you can request an onward leg to Radom. The map references are about 92 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.
Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.
From the Warsaw geographic reference, Radom is approximately 92.5 km away in a straight line and Lodz is 117.0 km away. Radom is listed in Mazovia; Lodz is listed in Łódź Voivodeship. The more distant stop needs to be treated as a separate stage of the itinerary, including any connections or overnight plans. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
Not automatically. The venue distinguishes visitor entrances and vehicle parking; confirm the event-specific passenger stop, walking route and coach access with the organiser and operator.

For the rest of the itinerary, see Poland transport planning and airport transfers, corporate transport. Availability and the vehicle specification are confirmed in your quotation.
For a Poland itinerary continuing from Warsaw to Bialystok, show the intercity travel stage and planned stops alongside the venue schedule. Include the final accommodation and whether the vehicle remains available after arrival.
