Prepare your Lodz journey brief
- Arrival: If your flight uses Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport (LCJ) or Warsaw Modlin Airport (WMI), give the airport on your ticket, flight number and arrival date. Add the full Lodz hotel or venue address; these airport references do not establish a road route or a collection point.
- Check the complete route between stops: The geographic references put Wloclawek (about 101 km) and Czestochowa (about 111 km) from Lodz in a straight line. Use those destination guides to collect the actual entrances and required arrival times. Road distance, access and any non-road connection need checking against the complete itinerary, rather than these map measurements.
- Group and return: Include passengers, luggage and mobility needs. Put any return date, pickup time and departure flight or train in the message field.
Łódź Kaliska, Fabryczna and Retkinia are different arrival points
Łódź Airport’s access information distinguishes Łódź Kaliska and Łódź Fabryczna, and describes an onward bus connection from the nearby Łódź Retkinia rail stop. City buses 65A and 65B serve the terminal. Selecting a railway stop because it is near the airport can still leave a separate ground journey.
For a group minibus collection, copy the full station name from the ticket and state the exit where everyone will gather. If the party is flying into Łódź, provide the flight instead; the operator can then assess the airport-to-hotel route without confusing it with a station pickup.

Your Lodz transport questions
Which Łódź station should we list for a group collection?
Use the actual station on the rail booking: Kaliska, Fabryczna and Retkinia are different locations. The airport describes onward bus access from Retkinia; it is not a terminal rail station.
What is the distance between LCJ and Lodz?
The airport and destination map references are approximately 8 km apart in a straight line. A road journey can differ substantially. Provide the actual address in Lodz; the map distance is not a promise of transfer time or fare.
Where will our group meet the vehicle at LCJ?
The meeting arrangement for Łódź Władysław Reymont Airport (LCJ) must be confirmed with the booking. Do not assume a coach can collect at any terminal door. Give the flight and terminal details, and keep the lead passenger contact available for the agreed collection instructions.
Can we continue from Lodz to Wloclawek?
Include the next stop in Wloclawek and its address in the initial brief. State whether it is a short visit, an overnight stay or the final destination; those are different vehicle and driver requirements.
How do the Wloclawek and Czestochowa stops compare from Lodz?
From the Lodz geographic reference, Wloclawek is approximately 101.4 km away in a straight line and Czestochowa is 111.0 km away. Wloclawek is listed in Kujawsko-Pomorskie; Czestochowa is listed in Silesia. The more distant stop needs to be treated as a separate stage of the itinerary, including any connections or overnight plans. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
