An MPV can be useful for a family, colleagues or a small group with a shared itinerary. Flexible seating does not mean that every seat and the maximum luggage load can be used at the same time. Ask for a configuration that fits the actual passengers and bags.
Choose the configuration before the label
Give adult and child passenger numbers, suitcase sizes, cabin bags and unusual items. If child seats or booster seats are needed, state the children’s ages and ask the booking team to confirm the arrangement. Do not assume that a vehicle described as luxury has a particular seating layout or child-seat equipment.
Compare an executive car for a smaller party, or an executive minibus when the group or luggage needs more space. The useful comparison is the offered seating and storage configuration, rather than the vehicle name alone.
Airport and multi-stop arrangements
For airport transfers, give the airport on the ticket, flight number, arrival date and final hotel address. Tell us if the group arrives on different flights. One collection may be suitable only if the waiting arrangement and meeting point work for everyone.
For a day with meetings or visits, list the stops in order and distinguish time at a venue from time when you need the vehicle available. Confirm whether luggage stays with the vehicle, whether all passengers return together and which costs apply if the itinerary changes.
Comfort and access are specific requests
