An executive car can suit a small party travelling to one airport, hotel or meeting. Start with the number of people and their bags: a passenger seat is not a substitute for luggage space, and the vehicle offered must accommodate both safely.
Car or MPV for an airport journey?
A car request is straightforward when the group can use one agreed collection point and has a modest amount of luggage. Tell us about large suitcases, pushchairs, golf bags or mobility equipment before accepting a quote. If carrying the luggage would compromise passenger space, compare a luxury MPV instead.
For an airport transfer, include the flight number, arrival date, terminal if known, passenger count and final address. A flight arrival time is not the same as the time everyone will be ready at the meeting point. Confirm the meeting instructions, included waiting and how delays are handled.
One appointment or a series of stops?
A transfer from A to B and a vehicle retained between meetings are different requests. List each address, fixed arrival time and any period when you need the driver to wait. For business travel, say whether the same passengers travel on every leg or whether colleagues join later.
“Executive” does not identify a guaranteed make, model or equipment package. Request the features you need and check the offered vehicle, luggage allowance and cancellation terms. If you need step-free boarding or to remain in a wheelchair, describe that requirement explicitly; a standard car should not be assumed suitable.
Before you accept the quotation
Confirm the passenger and luggage fit, pickup instructions, included stops, waiting allowance and return arrangements in writing.
