Osaka Itami International Airport
Approx. 11 km straight-line
Use the actual Osaka-area airport and terminal for your group transfer request. Kansai, Itami and Kobe are different arrivals; give each flight and final hotel address.
Use the complete hotel name and address for each Osaka collection, including luggage left at the hotel or carried between visits. Add Kyoto or Kobe as separate itinerary stages with their own entrances and finish times. Compare private coach hire with rail plus local transfers using the Japan planning guide.
Kansai Airport’s group-bus instructions distinguish passenger boarding areas from longer vehicle waiting. At Terminal 1, group-bus bays are on the first floor on the north and south sides. Terminal 2’s separate group-bus pickup and drop-off areas are on the first floor. These are not the same as simply choosing a scheduled limousine-bus stop.
Give the actual airport and terminal on the flight booking when requesting an Osaka arrival transfer. If the group needs time for immigration, luggage or assistance, agree how its leader will contact the operator once everyone is ready. Ask how airport waiting and access charges are included. A hotel drop-off, later city tour and onward journey need separate times in the brief, even if they use one vehicle.
INTEX Osaka warns that surrounding roads and parking can become congested during events in its access guide. Its own FAQ says the venue does not operate a general shuttle service, although individual event organisers may provide one. Check the event’s arrangements before assuming that a hotel shuttle or return coach is already included.
For exhibition-group transport, identify the event, hall and organiser’s permitted entrance, along with hotel addresses and each departure wave. Separate visitor boarding from any freight or exhibitor deliveries. If the programme continues to Kyoto, state whether that is a day visit or an overnight transfer and whether luggage travels with the group. Ask for a return meeting point and waiting plan that match the event’s actual finish time.
These airport references are ordered by their approximate straight-line distance from the Osaka map reference. Road journeys can be longer and may involve different access arrangements; choose your actual arrival airport when requesting a quote.

For flight arrivals, compare airport coach and minibus transfers and include the booked airport, flight number and luggage in your enquiry.
Compare Osaka with these other destinations in Japan. Distances below are geographic references, not road distances or quoted journey times.
Do not assume so. Kansai publishes dedicated group-bus areas, with arrangements that differ between Terminals 1 and 2. Follow the operator’s confirmed private-coach instructions.
Boarding and longer waiting are different arrangements in the airport’s guidance. Agree where the vehicle waits and how the group leader will contact the driver when everyone is ready.
Osaka Itami International Airport (ITM) is about 11 km from the Osaka map reference in a straight line; Kobe Airport (UKB) is about 26 km. These figures are not road distances. Base the enquiry on the booked flight and actual destination address; road access and collection arrangements are checked separately.
List each airport, flight number, arrival time and passenger count separately. If one group lands at ITM and another at UKB, say whether they need separate vehicles or whether you want a combined itinerary assessed. Do not assume a single vehicle can meet both schedules.
Use Higashiosaka as the actual destination rather than entering only Osaka as the wider area. Add the hotel or venue address and luggage count so the quote covers the requested end point.
From the Osaka geographic reference, Higashiosaka is approximately 8.1 km away in a straight line and Sakai is 12.8 km away. A further destination reference is Nishinomiya, approximately 15.6 km from Osaka. The first two distances are close, so they give little basis for choosing the visit order. Use your actual addresses and appointment times. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
The venue says it does not run a general shuttle service; some event organisers may arrange their own. Check the event’s information and request any additional hotel or airport movements separately.
