Give the full arrival address in Stockholm and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
Plan your Stockholm group transport with the actual airport, arrival flight and hotel or venue addresses. Include walking needs and luggage before choosing the vehicle.

List every venue in visit order. Tell us which stops need a waiting vehicle and which only require a later collection.
Finish the brief with your last drop-off in Stockholm, or the next destination if the group continues elsewhere.
Swedavia’s current Arlanda bus guide identifies Terminal 4 for charter buses. Scheduled airport buses, local services and charter coaches do not all use the same stops. Check the arrival terminal on the booking and agree the meeting point and walk to the private coach with the operator.
For an Arlanda group transfer, provide all flight numbers if passengers arrive separately. Ask for waiting terms and a contact plan after baggage collection rather than sending everyone to a generic airport bus stop.
The City of Stockholm publishes a map of reserved coach parking and advises drivers to check local signs and charges. A passenger stop and a place to wait throughout a visit are separate decisions. Give each attraction or meeting its own entrance, duration and return collection point.
If the itinerary includes Uppsala, list the additional address and the final return requirement in your Sweden transport enquiry. Compare coach hire options using the complete programme and luggage requirements.
Ports of Stockholm distinguishes Värtahamnen, Frihamnen, Stadsgården and Skeppsbron. Its passenger information also treats Nynäshamn separately. Use the ship or ferry booking’s terminal and berth details rather than writing only “Stockholm cruise port”; the wider destination name does not identify the road collection point.
For a group cruise transfer, provide the vessel, date, luggage and expected passenger release time. Ask the operator to confirm the permitted meeting point and any walk from the terminal exit. If an excursion must return to the ship, use the cruise line’s all-aboard deadline and include time for regrouping and terminal access before that deadline.
The Vasa Museum’s arrival guide places it on Galärvarvsvägen and describes seasonal weekend traffic restrictions on parts of Djurgårdsvägen, with stated exceptions including buses. This does not establish a reserved coach stop or unrestricted waiting outside the museum. Have the operator check the current signs and the proposed vehicle’s arrangement for your visit.
Send the museum’s booking or group meeting instructions and any walking limitations with the itinerary. If the coach brings cruise luggage, agree its handling during the visit. Decide where passengers reassemble after the museum and how the leader calls the driver; the return point need not be the same as the first stop. Include any additional Djurgården attraction as a separate timed visit rather than assuming the vehicle remains beside the group throughout.

Swedavia currently identifies Terminal 4 for charter buses. Confirm your operator’s exact meeting instructions and the route from your flight’s arrival terminal before travelling.
Ask for the quotation to specify parking and waiting. The city publishes reserved coach spaces and applicable local signage; a convenient drop-off does not mean the vehicle can stay for the entire visit.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Stockholm, Stockholm, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Yes, you can request an onward leg to Uppsala. The map references are about 64 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.
Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Stockholm-Bromma Airport (BMA), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.
From the Stockholm geographic reference, Uppsala is approximately 63.6 km away in a straight line and Vasteras is 91.4 km away. Uppsala is listed in Uppsala; Vasteras is listed in Västmanland. Compare the time needed at each visit before choosing the pickup order. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
Use the terminal and berth from the cruise or ferry booking. Stockholm has several port areas and Nynäshamn is a separate collection location; the operator should confirm the exact meeting instructions.
