Aena separates Palma Airport’s A1 service to Palma centre from A2 to S’Arenal. It also lists regional airport routes for other parts of Mallorca. A hotel described only as “Palma” or “Mallorca” may therefore leave the onward journey unclear.
For an airport transfer for your group, give the full accommodation address and municipality, along with the flight and luggage count. If some guests use scheduled buses, choose the correct destination corridor and confirm the arrival meeting place. For a multi-hotel pickup, list the properties in the route request before choosing the departure time.

Use the named Palma cruise terminal, not just the port
The Port of Palma’s official map shows passenger stations and berths spread around Poniente and the Dique del Oeste. A pickup described only as “Palma port” is not precise enough for a coach meeting. Provide the ship name, sailing date and terminal from the cruise line’s current instructions.
For a group cruise transfer, distinguish the expected disembarkation time from the ship’s published arrival. Add all suitcases and the next destination: a Palma hotel, the airport or accommodation elsewhere on Mallorca. Ask for the permitted coach collection point and how the group leader should contact the driver once passengers are together. Confirm changes if the ship’s berth or terminal is revised.
Palma Cathedral visits require a separate luggage arrangement
The Cathedral’s visitor rules prohibit travel suitcases and bulky packages and state that it has no lockers for them. A visit between cruise disembarkation and an afternoon flight therefore needs a confirmed hotel or vehicle luggage arrangement.
The Cathedral’s agency group reservations are tied to a date and time. Give that booking to the operator and allow for the walk from the agreed vehicle stop to the visitor entrance. If wedding guests or families leave from different resort hotels, list those pickups separately; the sightseeing visit should fit the full route, including the last airport or accommodation drop-off.
