Frankfurt airport: Terminal 3 changes the collection brief
Frankfurt Airport now publishes separate coach arrangements for Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Its bus guidance identifies P36 at Terminal 1 and charter-bus lane P62 for passenger collection and drop-off at Terminal 3. Confirm the terminal on the current flight booking; older instructions may send the group to a different part of the airport.
For your Frankfurt airport transfer, request the meeting point, the walk to the coach and waiting charges together. An airport parking tariff is not the transfer price. If the ticket says Frankfurt-Hahn (HHN), state that explicitly: it is a different airport from Frankfurt (FRA).

Match the Messe entrance to the exhibition hall
Messe Frankfurt’s hall guide links Hall 1 with the City Entrance, Halls 8 and 9 with Galleria, and Hall 11 with Portalhaus. These are useful orientation references, but the event organiser decides which entrances are open for your visit. Include the hall and approved access instructions in the transport request.
For a Frankfurt exhibition transfer, set the time delegates need to be at registration rather than only the vehicle’s arrival time. Tell the operator about presentation equipment and any walking limits. A taxi arrival address or a nearby rail station does not by itself confirm a coach collection bay.
If the programme continues to Mainz or Wiesbaden, include each meeting address and final destination in the Germany itinerary.
Combine rail, air and hotel arrivals around one agreed meeting point
Messe Frankfurt’s event arrival guidance directs passengers from Frankfurt (Main) Messe station towards Torhaus, while road arrivals can use other event entrances. If some colleagues arrive by rail and others by coach, choose the reunion point before circulating instructions to the group.

On the final day, identify who goes to Frankfurt Airport and who returns to a hotel or continues elsewhere. The airport identifies charter-bus lane P62 for Terminal 3 collection and drop-off. Confirm the actual terminal, meeting instructions and walking route with the operator; Terminal 1 uses different coach facilities.
Is Frankfurt-Hahn the same airport as Frankfurt?
No. Give the airport code on the ticket: Frankfurt is FRA and Frankfurt-Hahn is HHN. Their transfer requests must use the correct airport and flight details.
