Budapest airport: coach boarding and waiting use different areas
Budapest Airport identifies a Bus Terminal in front of Terminal 2 for coach passenger collection, connected to Terminals 2A and 2B by a covered pedestrian route with stairs and a ramp. It separately identifies Bus Parking for waiting vehicles. Agree when the group will be ready and how the leader will contact the driver before the vehicle moves to collection.
The airport’s Premium Parking on the departure level is for passenger drop-off, not general coach pickup. Ask the operator to check the proposed vehicle against current access rules and include airport and waiting charges in the transfer quotation.
A Budapest programme needs both banks and every entrance
Give full addresses for hotel and venue stops rather than only “Budapest centre”. If a visit crosses between Buda and Pest, list it in the intended order with the admission time and return meeting place. HUNGEXPO transport follows the particular exhibition
HUNGEXPO’s visitor information identifies its Congress and Exhibition Center at Albertirsai út 10 / Expo tér 1. Different events can publish their own gate and parking instructions, so forward the current organiser’s access sheet rather than assuming that a previous exhibition used the same entrance.
For conference and exhibition transport, separate delegate arrivals from staff setup or delivery appointments. Give the hall, accreditation deadline, hotel list and any equipment travelling with passengers. Ask the venue and operator to agree a coach set-down and waiting location; a public visitor car-parking ticket is not confirmation that a coach may use the same facility.
Müpa evenings need a collection time after the performance

A general “Danube riverfront” address leaves too much uncertainty about where passengers should arrive.
