Passengers and bags
For your Basel journey, count every passenger and give the luggage total. Include children, equipment and any bulky items.
For Basel airport collections, agree the EuroAirport sector before passengers leave Arrivals. A rail meeting should also name Basel SBB or Basel Badischer Bahnhof rather than simply Basel station.

Local planning for your Basel group
Choose the EuroAirport sector deliberately
EuroAirport publishes transport connections from both its Swiss and French sectors. The Basel SBB bus departs from the Swiss-sector arrivals forecourt, while the Saint-Louis connection uses the French sector. Tell passengers which sector and meeting point their private operator has confirmed. A public-bus departure location is an orientation reference, not automatic permission for a charter vehicle to use that bay.
Basel has different railway arrival points
The airport's transport guide distinguishes Basel SBB from Basel Badischer Bahnhof when describing onward rail journeys. Copy the station on each passenger's ticket and agree the exit for the collecting vehicle. If the group combines rail and flight arrivals, specify whether there will be two collections or one agreed assembly point; do not send rail passengers to an airport meeting by default.
Set out each country and event address
For an itinerary continuing into France or Germany, list the full destination and any later return to Basel so the operator can assess the complete route. Add the event entrance or hotel unloading location and the group's mobility and luggage requirements. Basel Tourism provides a group-and-bus travel reference for coach parking; check the current waiting arrangement separately from the passenger stop before confirming the visit.
Match the vehicle request to your group
Pickup and finish
Use full addresses, travel dates and local pickup times. If the group returns later, add that movement to the initial enquiry.
Vehicle requirements
Tell us about accessibility needs and requested amenities. Equipment varies by vehicle and must be confirmed in the quotation.

Planning your Basel journey
Would a minibus or coach suit our Basel journey?
Choose by the actual passenger and luggage requirement. Tell us how many people travel from Basel, whether large bags or equipment are carried, and any boarding requirements. The quotation should identify the suitable vehicle and confirmed amenities.
Can I combine Basel with a visit to Solothurn?
Include the additional address and visit length in the enquiry. Solothurn is about 39 km from the Basel map reference in a straight line. The actual road itinerary, any connections and the time between stops need separate assessment.
What should I send for a transfer from BRN to Basel?
Give the booked airport (Bern Airport (BRN)), flight number and date, followed by the destination address and luggage count. Confirm collection and waiting arrangements before booking; they are not implied by the airport reference.
How do the Solothurn and Aarau stops compare from Basel?
From the Basel geographic reference, Solothurn is approximately 39.1 km away in a straight line and Aarau is 39.9 km away. Solothurn is listed in Solothurn; Aarau is listed in Aargau. The first two distances are close, so they give little basis for choosing the visit order. Use your actual addresses and appointment times. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
