The Philippines is 7,000-plus islands, so group transport is planned island by island: fly between them, charter a coach or minibus with a driver on each. We arrange the ground legs and time them against flights and ferries so the itinerary holds together. Send the plan and passenger count for a fixed quote per leg.
Manila, Cebu and Clark
Manila's Ninoy Aquino International (MNL) is the main gateway and its traffic is the country's defining logistics fact: crossing Metro Manila can take longer than a domestic flight, so drivers build big buffers and groups schedule around the peaks. Cebu (CEB) anchors the Visayas and is often the smoother arrival for beach-led itineraries; Clark (CRK), north of Manila, serves Luzon's north. For every airport meet the operator stages early, because kerb time at NAIA is tightly managed.
The island connections
The famous beach destinations are combination journeys. Boracay is reached via Caticlan: a flight or a coach leg, then the short boat hop, with luggage handled at the jetty. El Nido and the Palawan lagoons run from Puerto Princesa by van along a winding five-to-six-hour road, or by direct flight into El Nido's small strip. Bohol's Chocolate Hills pair with Cebu by fast ferry. On each island the local charter takes over, and a coordinated handoff at every jetty and airstrip is what we actually sell.
Season and safety notes
Typhoons can interrupt flights, ferries and road journeys. Include realistic buffers and check current conditions for your travel date. Check current FCDO advice before booking. As at 12 October 2026, it advises against all travel to western and central Mindanao and the Sulu archipelago, and against all but essential travel to the rest of Mindanao except Camiguin, Dinagat and Siargao islands. Ask us to assess the exact itinerary and confirm transport availability. For a minibus with driver, confirm passenger and luggage capacity, access and availability for the requested journey.
