Plan your Peru group transport around the arrival point, overnight bases and stops on your itinerary. Send the route and passenger details to check the proposed arrangements.
Transport choices in Peru
Lima’s Jorge Chávez Airport lists authorised taxis, buses and car-hire options in its ground-transport information. Compare those options with the group’s final address and luggage, and use the current airport meeting instructions when planning a private collection. Lima stays and a wider Peru itinerary
For an arrival, send the flight, hotel and passenger details. If the visit continues by domestic flight or train, list the separate arrival point and onward transfer rather than treating a Lima hire as nationwide transport. For a visitor attraction or remote accommodation, supply the exact usable entrance and have the road approach and proposed vehicle checked.
For the local part of your request, explore Lima.
Lima’s new terminal has a different road approach
The new Jorge Chávez terminal uses access from Avenida Morales Duárez. Older directions to the former terminal should not be copied into a current pickup request. Confirm the operating terminal, its present road approach and the meeting instructions for the actual flight before sending the group to a collection point.
For a Lima stay followed by travel elsewhere in Peru, list the domestic flight or rail leg and the local transfer required after it. If a visitor-site itinerary has a separate rail or walking section, specify where the road vehicle’s duty ends and where the group meets it again. The quotation should distinguish these local transfers from continuous touring and identify any luggage retained between them.
Identify the end of each road transfer
For a Lima arrival, provide the flight and hotel. For an onward domestic flight, rail journey or visitor-site connection, list the next arrival point and the final road-accessible destination. Include any separate luggage arrangement and passenger walking requirements.
Use airport-transfer guidance for flights and the vehicle guide for capacity and boarding needs. Confirm the road-transfer endpoint, local vehicle availability and which waiting, access or overnight arrangements are included.
Your Peru transport questions
Does a Lima quote include transport after a domestic flight elsewhere in Peru?
Only if that destination and the required local transfer are included. List every connection and final address so the quotation identifies each vehicle arrangement.
What details are needed for group transport in Peru?
For a Lima arrival, provide the flight and hotel. For an onward domestic flight, rail journey or visitor-site connection, list the next arrival point and the final road-accessible destination. Include any separate luggage arrangement and passenger walking requirements. Confirm the proposed vehicle and quote inclusions before booking.
Can we reuse old Lima airport road directions?
Check them first. The new Jorge Chávez terminal is accessed from Avenida Morales Duárez. Confirm current terminal and operator instructions instead of reusing a meeting point from the former terminal.

Connect the arrival airport with the actual destination
Start with the airport on the flight booking, then identify the actual hotel or venue entrance in the relevant city guide. Include the terminal, passenger and luggage totals, and required arrival time. The operator must confirm the collection point and route; a geographic airport reference does not establish a passenger service or transfer availability.
For a flight booked to Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM), use Lima transport planning to prepare the destination end of the transfer.
