Hong Kong Airport has a new Terminal 2 Coach Hall
The airport’s expanded Terminal 2 Coach Hall opened in September 2025. The airport authority describes facilities for tour buses and other transport services. Older pickup descriptions can therefore point to facilities that have changed.
Give the flight, date and current terminal, then confirm the group’s meeting location, the correct hall and the actual boarding bay. The hall’s existence does not reserve a space or establish the instructions for a private booking. Read the airport authority’s Coach Hall update.
Check the departure terminal as well as the arrival
Airlines moved departure facilities into Terminal 2 in stages during 2026. HK Express, for example, publishes its June 2026 check-in move. Do not apply one airline’s instructions to every carrier or assume that an arrival meeting point is also the correct return drop-off.
Use the current flight terminal and the airline’s terminal guidance. For a group arriving on several flights, give the separate passenger counts and decide whether combined collection or independent transfers should be assessed.
Hotel, event and airport-return movements
Within Hong Kong, provide the district, full property name and designated passenger entrance. A conference itinerary should show hotel departure waves, required arrival times and the return collection. If bags stay with a vehicle after checkout, request that explicitly.
