Phnom Penh arrivals now use Techo Airport
Techo International Airport (KTI) replaced Phnom Penh International Airport operations in 2025. Old directions using PNH should not be copied into a new collection request. Use the airport and flight on the current booking, and give the final Phnom Penh hotel or venue address.
The airport’s terminal guide places arrivals and meeting facilities on Level 01, with departures on Level 02. These passenger areas do not by themselves identify a permitted private-coach bay; agree the specific meeting and boarding process with the proposed operator.
Compare the airport bus with the final hotel journey
The airport publishes an express-bus connection between KTI and Kouch Kanong Circle, using Monivong Boulevard and designated stops. That is a scheduled route, rather than a hotel-door group transfer. Compare the onward walk or connection and luggage handling with the private road journey requested.
Check the current KTI bus information for the travel date. A scheduled stop is not a reservation or collection instruction for a separate private vehicle.
Separate city stays from regional and border journeys
List the overnight bases, local visits and any domestic flights as distinct stages. A Phnom Penh arrival does not identify transport for a later Siem Reap stay or an onward coastal journey.

Provide flight and terminal details, exact accommodation and venue entrances, passenger and bag counts, dates and required arrival times. If the group splits after landing, show the separate destinations. Identify waiting, overnight duties and any return airport independently from the first arrival.
