Start with the Dhaka arrival and the final address
Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC) serves Dhaka. Use the booked flight and current terminal details, then provide the full hotel or venue address. A transfer into Dhaka and a journey continuing to another city need separate descriptions, including luggage and any appointments after arrival.
The Dhaka guide helps identify the city request. Agree the permitted collection point and the contact process after baggage reclaim; do not convert an arrival time into a guaranteed road departure or appointment time.
Assess regional road travel before fixing the schedule
Current FCDO road-travel advice identifies significant road-safety concerns and particular risks after dark. The travel date, exact route and intended daytime schedule therefore matter when assessing a proposed journey.
List the overnight bases and all stops rather than asking for a vehicle for an unspecified number of days. Confirm what route and operating arrangements can actually be considered; the existence of a city page is not evidence of a checked road journey.
The Chittagong Hill Tracts exclusion remains
We do not arrange transport into the Chittagong Hill Tracts: Rangamati, Khagrachari and Bandarban districts. FCDO advice distinguishes these districts from Chittagong city and describes additional concerns near the Myanmar border. Read the current regional advice for the complete position before submitting a route.
A directory entry for a restricted location does not override this exclusion. Any other proposed route still requires a separate feasibility and availability review.
Prepare a route for review
Provide exact collection and destination addresses, dates, passenger numbers, bags and boarding needs. Include any separate flight, intercity connection or international leg. Identify the required arrival time at each appointment and whether the request involves waiting or individual transfers.
