First appointment
Give the full arrival address in Taipei and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
Use the actual airport, district and venue entrance for your Taipei group enquiry. Include booked visit times and luggage so the transfer and attraction arrival can be assessed together.
Give the full arrival address in Taipei and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
List every venue in visit order. Tell us which stops need a waiting vehicle and which only require a later collection.
Finish the brief with your last drop-off in Taipei, or the next destination if the group continues elsewhere.
The National Palace Museum’s transport guide distinguishes its Taipei Northern Branch from the Southern Branch. Its Taipei public-transport instructions combine Metro stations with a bus connection. If comparing those options with a private coach, include the final walk and your group’s bags and mobility needs.
For a group visit, give the booked branch, exhibition entrance and admission time. Ask the operator to confirm an appropriate passenger stop and later collection; a museum address or scheduled bus stop does not reserve private-coach access.
Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center has two halls with different street numbers: TaiNEX 1 is at 1 Jingmao 2nd Road and TaiNEX 2 at 2 Jingmao 2nd Road. The venue’s official access guide lists them separately and distinguishes road approaches for different vehicle types. “Nangang exhibition centre” alone is not a complete passenger meeting instruction.
Give the event name, hall, registration entrance and required arrival time in your exhibition transport enquiry. Ask the organiser for visitor coach instructions and share them with the operator; goods-delivery access is not automatically a passenger entrance. For hotel shuttles, list each departure and return wave and decide who will gather the delegates before the vehicle arrives.
The Taiwan Tourism Administration lists Taipei Songshan and Taoyuan as separate airports. Use the airport on the flight confirmation rather than the nearest airport reference on a map. Include the terminal and the complete hotel or venue address, including the district, so a Taipei arrival is not confused with a different stop in the wider region.
For a group airport transfer, count cases and any equipment alongside passengers. If the first activity follows directly after landing, supply its admission or registration time and ask for the connection to be assessed. A museum visit, exhibition session and onward trip to Taichung should each have a separate line in the itinerary. State whether the longer stage is by road or whether the vehicle is needed only around a booked train journey.
For a hotel or visit in New Taipei City, give the district and complete address. Set out longer journeys in the Taiwan transport enquiry.
These airport references are ordered by their approximate straight-line distance from the Taipei map reference. Road journeys can be longer and may involve different access arrangements; choose your actual arrival airport when requesting a quote.

For flight arrivals, compare airport coach and minibus transfers and include the booked airport, flight number and luggage in your enquiry.
Compare Taipei with these other destinations in Taiwan. Distances below are geographic references, not road distances or quoted journey times.
State the Northern Branch and booked entrance, visit time, passenger numbers and walking needs. Ask for the suitable coach stop, waiting arrangement and return collection to be confirmed.
Use the complete address and district. New Taipei covers distinct destinations, so the hotel or venue details are needed even when the trip also includes Taipei City.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Taipei, Taiwan, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Yes, you can request an onward leg to New Taipei City. The map references are about 7 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.
Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Taipei Songshan International Airport (TSA), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.
Enter the local time at the pickup point. The destination reference uses Asia/Taipei. Include the date for every movement, particularly when the trip crosses midnight or begins in another time zone.
Identify TaiNEX 1 or TaiNEX 2, the event, hall and organiser’s passenger entrance. Agree the permitted coach stop and return collection; the site’s car or freight directions do not by themselves confirm passenger-coach access.

For the rest of the itinerary, see Taiwan transport planning and airport transfers, corporate transport. Availability and the vehicle specification are confirmed in your quotation.
