Cardiff International Airport
Approx. 15 km straight-line
Compare the airport references around Cardiff before requesting your group transfer. Your flight booking, hotel address and final pickup time matter more than the distance on a map.
The current First Bus 304 route links Cardiff with Cardiff Bay, Barry and Cardiff Airport before continuing towards Llantwit Major. A group staying in Cardiff Bay has a different final stop from one meeting at the city-centre bus interchange. The name “Cardiff airport bus” alone does not define the destination.
For a Cardiff group minibus, supply the full hotel or event entrance and the actual flight or rail arrival. If comparing with the scheduled bus, check the service for the date and the onward walk with luggage. Keep city-centre and Bay collections as separate stops when passengers are split between them.
These airport references are ordered by their approximate straight-line distance from the Cardiff map reference. Road journeys can be longer and may involve different access arrangements; choose your actual arrival airport when requesting a quote.

For flight arrivals, compare airport coach and minibus transfers and include the booked airport, flight number and luggage in your enquiry.
Compare Cardiff with these other destinations in United Kingdom. Distances below are geographic references, not road distances or quoted journey times.
Provide the precise hotel or venue, including whether it is in the city centre or Cardiff Bay. Route 304 serves both areas and the airport, but a private journey must be planned around the actual collection and destination.
Cardiff International Airport (CWL) is about 15 km from the Cardiff map reference in a straight line; Bristol Airport (BRS) is about 34 km. These figures are not road distances. Base the enquiry on the booked flight and actual destination address; road access and collection arrangements are checked separately.
List each airport, flight number, arrival time and passenger count separately. If one group lands at CWL and another at BRS, say whether they need separate vehicles or whether you want a combined itinerary assessed. Do not assume a single vehicle can meet both schedules.
Use Newport as the actual destination rather than entering only Cardiff as the wider area. Add the hotel or venue address and luggage count so the quote covers the requested end point.
From the Cardiff geographic reference, Newport is approximately 17.4 km away in a straight line and Merthyr Tydfil is 32.8 km away. A further destination reference is Bristol, approximately 40.5 km from Cardiff. Compare the time needed at each visit before choosing the pickup order. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
