Give the full arrival address in Vienna and the time your group needs to be ready there, rather than using the event start as the pickup time.
Request a vehicle and driver for your Vienna arrival, hotel or event programme. Include the destination address and booking time so city-centre coach access can be checked in advance.

List every venue in visit order. Tell us which stops need a waiting vehicle and which only require a later collection.
Finish the brief with your last drop-off in Vienna, or the next destination if the group continues elsewhere.
Vienna’s official coach guide says entry inside the Ringstraße and Franz-Josefs-Kai for passenger collection or drop-off requires a valid bus entry card. The card is obtained through the destination business in that area, such as the hotel, restaurant or event venue. Send that venue’s contact details with your enquiry so the required arrangements can be checked.
The guide distinguishes passenger boarding from parking and notes special arrangements for Advent Saturdays and other occasions. Ask for current access and waiting arrangements for your specific date; a coach hire booking does not automatically reserve a city-centre stop.
For an airport group transfer, give the Vienna flight number, bags and any mobility requirements, then confirm the actual meeting point with the operator. If the trip continues to Salzburg or Graz, provide the overnight bases, luggage movements and each day’s first and last journey.
Use the Austria transport guide for the wider route, and keep the Vienna access check attached to each central-city address.
Schönbrunn’s group reservation guidance says reserved tickets must be collected at the Group Centre at least 15 minutes before admission. Use the confirmed palace slot as a fixed point in your itinerary, then add time for coach unloading, the walk and ticket collection before setting your hotel departure.
Send the actual booking confirmation and group size with your Vienna sightseeing transport request. Keep palace admission, guiding and transport as separate items unless the quote specifically includes them. For a school party, identify who collects tickets and where the remainder of the group assembles so that one late check-in does not disrupt everyone’s entry.
Schönbrunn’s arrival page identifies a dedicated bus and car parking facility. Ask the operator to check the relevant coach arrangement and current charges; information about a car park does not reserve a space for your vehicle. Agree where passengers board again after the visit and how the leader contacts the driver.
If the same day includes a central Vienna hotel or restaurant, provide that address as a separate stop with its own access check. The palace parking arrangement does not cover permission for the restricted inner-city area described above. State whether the coach is retained during the visit or returns later, and include any evening journey in the complete Austria transport enquiry.
These airport references are ordered by their approximate straight-line distance from the Vienna map reference. Road journeys can be longer and may involve different access arrangements; choose your actual arrival airport when requesting a quote.

The official Vienna coach guide requires a valid bus entry card for passenger movements inside the Ringstraße and Franz-Josefs-Kai. The destination business supplies the card. Ask the operator and venue to confirm the applicable arrangement for your date.
Entry and parking are separate questions. Give the operator the visit duration and return collection time, and request confirmation of where the coach can wait and which charges are included.
Put the venues in order with a required arrival time for each one. Use full addresses in Vienna, Vienna, and distinguish a waiting period from a new pickup. The schedule can then be checked as a complete itinerary.
Yes, you can request an onward leg to Moedling. The map references are about 15 km apart in a straight line. This does not establish the road distance or vehicle availability. Give the onward address, the visit duration and whether you need to return.
Use the airport shown on your ticket, such as Vienna International Airport (VIE), along with the flight number, date, terminal if known and number of bags. State any arrivals on different flights; collection arrangements and waiting terms need confirmation.
From the Vienna geographic reference, Moedling is approximately 14.9 km away in a straight line and Baden bei Wien is 24.8 km away. A further destination reference is St. Polten, approximately 54.5 km from Vienna. Compare the time needed at each visit before choosing the pickup order. These are map measurements, not driving distances; a feasible route and vehicle allocation must be assessed in the quotation.
Work back from the confirmed admission slot. The palace asks for reserved tickets to be collected at the Group Centre at least 15 minutes beforehand; add unloading and walking time before that deadline.
