What are the payment methods for booking with Global Bus Rentals?
Our customers can pay us using debit or credit card or via bank transfer to our company bank account for the transport.
Why should I book my transport in advance?
You should book well in advance as the rates are much cheaper for bookings that are booked weeks in advance. Coaches and minibus prices are up to 50% more expensive if booked on the day or a day before departure date.
Does Global Bus Rentals charge per passenger or per vehicle?
Our charges are per passenger and not per vehicle unless specified at time of the booking placed by the customer.
Do you monitor flights for late arrivals and are there charges for late pickups?
We do monitor flights and make sure you do not get charged for late arrivals as long as you have provided the flight number at time of booking. We will charge late charges if your flight has landed and you delay exiting airport.
How do we locate the vehcile or driver at the airport?
The driver will send you a notification on where to meet the driver and his vehcile 24hrs before your journey. If you are unclear please check with the airport where coaches park for arrivals.
What qualification do the coach drivers have?
All drivers are VOSA qualified in transporting passengers and the vehciles are fully insured for this purpose.
How do I setup a company contract?
Company contracts can be setup by you emailing our bookings team on firstname.lastname@example.org which your company information and term of contract required.
When will the coach arrive to pick us up?
We try to make sure the coach or minibus will arrive at the pickup 15 to 30 minutes before pickup to make sure we are always on time.
Is drinking allowed on the minibuses or coach?
Drinking in a passenger transport vehcile is illegal as per UK & European transport laws.
